Shipping
Every painting is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue, protected with bubble wrap, and shipped in a sturdy double-walled cardboard box. Framed works receive additional corner protection.
Australia: Shipped via Australia Post Express or a tracked courier service. Delivery typically within 3–7 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
International: Shipped via tracked international courier. Delivery typically within 7–21 business days depending on destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Because each painting is a unique original, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the work arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and contact me within 48 hours of delivery at alby@albsart.com. I will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once the painting is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
